Who will be your “go-to” person on the day if you need help coordinating or making decisions? Please give someone for both of you. I might use these people to help gather the portrait sessions or organizing certain moments.

Are there any other important people that will be closely involved in the day that haven't already been mentioned in the questions above?

The portrait session is a great way to get formal pictures with all the important people in your life. We will break this down into a couple sections.

First will be photos of Partner 1 with all the people they want captured where Partner 2 will not be in them.

Next will be all of Partner 2's photos without Partner 1.

Next will be all photos you want captured with each other.

And lastly will be if there are any informal group shots you want captured that would be easier done during the reception. Good examples of this would be a college friend group that isn't going to be around for the getting ready.

Please make sure to write these lists in a format that first lists who they are then followed by their names. For example: Bride, Mom, Dad, Hannah, Nancy, Al. This will help me greatly. I would recommend trying to keep each of these 4 sections below 10 combinations.

You do not need to include in these lists photos of just the two of you as that will happen regardless, as well as solo/group shots of you and your wedding party as those will most likely happen during the getting ready.
